3. Effects of Withdrawal
3.1 Refund
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
- 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
- 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
3.2 Return Shipping
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The estimated maximum cost is approximately €15-30 within Germany, depending on the size and weight of the package.
3.3 Product Condition
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
For dietary supplements, this means the product must be:
- Unopened and in original sealed packaging
- In resaleable condition
- With all original labels and materials intact
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
- Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items
Important: Dietary supplements that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
5. Defective Products
5.1 Legal Guarantee
Under German and EU law, you have the legal right to receive goods that conform to the contract. If a product is defective or does not match its description, you have the following rights:
- Repair or Replacement: You can request repair or replacement of the defective product at no cost
- Price Reduction: If repair or replacement is not possible, you may request a price reduction
- Contract Termination: In case of significant defects, you may terminate the contract
5.2 Warranty Period
The legal warranty period is 2 years from delivery for consumers. During the first year, defects are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise.
5.3 Reporting Defects
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately with:

- Photos of the defect if applicable
6. Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged:
- Document the damage with photographs before opening
- Keep all original packaging materials

8. Exchanges
